This Privacy Policy explains how the 2026 CVG Helicopter Safety Forum
("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with this website
(cvghelisafety.org). We keep things simple: we collect only what you choose
to send us, and we do not sell your information.

When you fill out and submit the registration form, we collect the
information you enter: your name, email address, cell phone number,
agency or organization, your selected role, and any message you include.
You provide this information voluntarily in order to register or ask a question.
How We Use It
We use the information you submit solely to process your registration,
confirm your attendance, respond to your questions, and send you details
about the event. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell,
rent, or trade it to anyone.
Form Processing (Web3Forms)
Our registration form is delivered through a third-party service called
Web3Forms, which transmits your submission to us by email. Your form data
passes through Web3Forms' systems for the purpose of delivery. We encourage
you to review Web3Forms' own privacy practices at
web3forms.com/privacy.
Embedded Google Maps
Our venue section includes a map embedded from Google Maps. When the map
loads, Google may receive your IP address and device information and may set
its own cookies, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy
(policies.google.com/privacy).
This happens directly between your browser and Google.
Google Fonts & Calendar
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google may receive
your IP address when a page loads so the fonts can be delivered. If you
click our "add to calendar" link, you will be taken to Google Calendar,
which is governed by Google's Privacy Policy linked above.
Links to Other Sites
This site links to external organizations, sponsors, and partners. Once
you follow a link to another site, this Privacy Policy no longer applies.
We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other
websites, and we encourage you to read their policies.
Cookies & Tracking
We do not set our own cookies and we do not use analytics or advertising
trackers on this site. Some embedded third-party services (such as Google
Maps and Google Fonts, described above) may set their own cookies when their
content loads.
Data Retention
We keep registration information only as long as needed to organize and
follow up on the event, after which it may be deleted. You may ask us to
remove your information at any time.
Children's Privacy
This site is intended for aviation professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children under 13.
Your Choices
Providing your information is entirely optional. If you would like to
access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, contact us and
we will do our best to honor your request.
